same since...
Various vintage colors (seen below) are chosen and
sprayed in nitrocellulose lacquer. Often times one solid piece (or two) aged ash or alder wood bodies are
hand chosen among several to be the lightest in weight.
Strat ® pick guard if white is used is aged in
nitrocellulose tinted lacquer, aged pick up covers top custom made GFS blusey SRV vintage type thick
magnet single pole pick ups. DC resistance of between 5.2K ohms to 5.9K ohms, voicing the tone of the
'50's (true authentic 1950s pick ups measure @ around 5.7K ohms) and I generally use the Fender® Originals
or Fender® Noiseless® on the Tellys® . 250K or 500K potentiometers with aged white or chrome knobs, .022mfd or
.05 mfd value capacitor.
Treble bleed circuit with .005mfd capacitor
& 100 ohm resistor allows to volume down without losing the sweet highs.
Aged switch tip on a 3 or 5 way, chrome oval
bathtub, or pressed in jack cup, butterfly or button string tree, Correct vintage type thick block chrome tremolo
on Strats® or 3 saddle brass & chrome bridge on Tellys® .
Maple or Rosewood necks are redone with
a multi-layer amber tinted lacquer coating, Aged appearance on the maple fret boards are visual only and do not effect
the play ability, they're actually brand new! Backside is smoothed & aged, Jumbo, medium jumbo, or thin fret
heights are carefully measured and leveled in unison to each other, Truss rod adjustable at the
heel or head stock, Back shape feel has the "C" or "D" shape, 7.5 & 9.5 & 10.5 & 12
radius neck depending on guitar built. Vintage style Kluson split head tuners top the headstock.
Mostly all chrome is aged to reflect
the guitars given span of time. Weight of the guitars on an average is about 7 lbs.
